We provide residential cleaning, recurring maid services, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, office and janitorial cleaning, laundry assistance, organizing and decluttering, sanitizing services, and personal assistance services.
What areas do you serve?

Are you insured and bonded?
Yes. Charlotte Personal Assistant Services is fully insured and bonded for your peace of mind. We have liability insurance, bonding and workers comp.
Do you perform background checks on your cleaners?
Yes. All team members undergo background screening and are carefully selected for professionalism, reliability, and trustworthiness.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our clients provide access instructions and are not home during service. We do ask that the home be available for our team to work efficiently.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes. We provide general cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have preferred products that you would like us to use, we are happy to accommodate when possible.
What cleaning products do you use?
We typically use professional-grade household cleaning products, including products for disinfecting and sanitizing when needed. Clients may also provide their own preferred products.
How often can I schedule service?
We offer weekly, biweekly, and every 4 weeks, as well as one-time cleanings or a customized schedule according to your needs and availability.
Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
For recurring services, we send the same cleaner to provide consistency and familiarity.
Do you offer deep cleaning services?
Yes. Deep cleaning is available for homes that need extra attention, first-time cleanings, seasonal cleaning, or homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently.
Do you clean Airbnb and vacation rentals?
Yes. We specialize in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers, including cleaning, laundry, restocking assistance, and guest-ready preparation.
Do you provide laundry services?
Yes. We offer laundry washing, drying, folding, and putting away as part of our assistance services.
Do you help with organizing and decluttering?
Absolutely. We assist with organizing closets, pantries, kitchens, garages, storage areas, and whole-home decluttering projects.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the size of the property, condition of the home, frequency of service, and specific needs. Our time is usually estimated at $50 hourly per house cleaner. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How do I pay?
We accept electronic payments through Zelle, or provide you with an invoice which will have a private link for secure payment through your debit or credit card.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to our 2-hour minimum service charge ($100). This fee helps cover the lost wages and reserved time of your assigned house cleaner.
Are pets okay during cleaning?
Yes. We love pets. We simply ask that pets be secured if they may be uncomfortable around strangers or cleaning equipment.
Do you offer commercial cleaning?
Yes. We provide office cleaning, janitorial services, common area cleaning, and property management cleaning services.
What is included in a standard cleaning?
A standard cleaning typically includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, trash removal, and general tidying of accessible areas.
What is included in a move-in or move-out cleaning?
Move-in and move-out cleanings include detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, floors, appliances (as requested), cabinets, and other areas to prepare the property for its next occupant.
